Morton Wealth is currently looking to add a new ClientOperations Administrator (COA) to our growing team.  We are a registered investment advisor thatwas formed in 1981 and manages roughly $2.5 billion in assets across 1,100+families. We manage wealth personally with the goal of empowering betterinvestors and encouraging families to enjoy their lives. Ourinvestment approach is distinctly not “Wall Street” as we are willing to lookbeyond traditional investments if we feel that alternative investments can moreclosely match our investment philosophy of risk management, true diversificationand cash flow.

At Morton, our COAs are key contributors to our organization, as theyprovide administrative and operational support to our Advisory Teams,empowering them to deliver an outstanding experience to each of our clients.  The COA position is an ideal role for anyonelooking to begin or further their career in wealth management, as it helps tobuild a solid foundation towards long-term growth.  Whether it be as the first step on the pathtowards becoming a Wealth Advisor, or a future as a leader of the OperationsTeam, the COA position is a great developmental role because they interact withteam members across all departments on a daily basis.  As a result, our COAs have opportunities togrow their network, expand their knowledge in a variety of topics includinginvestments and financial planning and develop important skills (communication,organization etc.) as they continue to move forward in their careers.

Daily responsibilities include:

·       Execute administrative/document preparation requests fromadvisory teams in a timely manner to meet client expectations.

·       Management of client accounts and households throughinternal reporting system.

·       Send documents to clients and follow up as needed.

·       Ensure compliance policies are being completed, includingthe sourcing of supporting documents.
